I keep getting an error to enter my date of birth when I'm submitting a transfer request or creating my account.
Depending on your device, the year field for the date of birth may be cut off from the page. Please enable Landscape Mode and then physically rotate your device's screen. This should show the year field and you can finish entering your information.

I am not able to print my Expense Report or prescriptions list on my tablet
This is a known issue and we are working on a solution, but this may take some time as we need to update the system as a whole. Please feel free to drop us a message so we can continue logging this issue with our engineering team.

In the meantime, please try printing your expense report using a smartphone or a laptop. If you do not have those, you can also go to your pharmacy in person where they can print the report for you.
