I need to change my phone number

Please note per Meijer’s request, mobile numbers cannot be changed via the app or website. It will always show the number you had on file when you created your account.

The pharmacist can update your phone number for their text messaging program, but this change will not reflect on our app or website, as they are completely separate from the texting services. You might be getting your texts at a mobile number that doesn’t match what you see in the app or website.

If you are not receiving any text messages, please call your local pharmacy directly and they will be happy to assist you.

I have my preferences set to show drug names in the pharmacy app, but my texts are only showing the last four digits of the Rx number

We are not able to troubleshoot the text messages since that feature is separate from our app and website. It is managed by Meijer, so please reach out to your pharmacy if you want to update your preferences for the text messages.

The option to show drug name in our app and website will only go in effect for push notifications and email alerts.

I received a link from the pharmacy and it is asking for a PIN

If the link came from the text message, please reach out to your pharmacy or the customer service department for assistance. Our mobile app and website do not use any PIN for login.

If the link from your text has the URL that looks like rx.meijer.com, it is not part of our refill services. That is the pharmacy portal from their text messaging services. We cannot troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing with the link itself or that portal.

If you are reaching out to us for assistance relating to text messaging, phone number updates, PIN, and/or Express Checkout, you will need to contact the pharmacy. We cannot troubleshoot these issues nor can we reach out to Meijer on your behalf.
