Can I manage my prescriptions for my family?

Depending on your pharmacy, our mobile app and web pharmacy lets you manage prescriptions for your family and loved ones.

To add a family member, simply go to the "Family Care" option on the home page or in the dropdown menu on the app.

You can visit our Family Care articles for more information.

Note: If you do not see the Family Care option on your account, this means that your pharmacy has requested that we do not offer it at this time. For more information, please call your pharmacy directly.

What prescriptions can I refill?

While nearly all prescriptions can be refilled, there are a few that cannot be due to various state regulations. If you try to order one of these prescriptions, the page will inform you that it cannot be refilled.

Prescriptions that are enrolled for automatic refills also cannot be placed in the web or app, as they are intended to be filled automatically by the pharmacy. If you wish to remove a prescription from auto-refills or adjust the frequency, please call the pharmacy directly.

Can I transfer prescriptions?

You can easily transfer prescriptions from other pharmacies by opening the mobile app or website, and click on "Transfer Rx" on the home page.

Note: If you do not see the "Transfer Rx" option, this means that your pharmacy has requested we do not offer this feature and you will need to call your preferred store directly to initiate the transfer over the phone.

Once on Transfer Rx page, you will need to add the following information:

  • Name of your medication

  • Pharmacy phone number

  • Pharmacy name (choose any pharmacy from the list)

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Date of birth

  • Mobile phone number

Click on the Submit transfer button to complete the transfer.

For updates on the status of the transfer, please contact your new pharmacy directly. They can also enroll you for text messaging alerts so you can receive notifications once the prescriptions are filled and ready for pickup.

Can I change my Home Pharmacy or place the refill at a different pharmacy?

No. At this time, the prescriptions will always be sent to the pharmacy that last filled them. To make a one time refill, please call the location where you'd like to pick the prescription up. You may need to call your primary pharmacy later to send the refill to their store so that you can order on our app and website next time.

If you want to change your Home Pharmacy, please call the other location directly and they can manually transfer your prescriptions to their store to be designated as your new Home Pharmacy.

Can I add multiple prescriptions to my refill order?

Using the web pharmacy :

  1. Log in and go to the Prescriptions page.

  2. You can click on the 'Order refills' button to automatically select all prescriptions that are ready to be refilled (web only)

OR

  1. Select a prescription that you want to refill and click on the 'Refill now' button.

  2. Once you are on the Select Prescriptions screen, click on 'Yes' in the "other prescriptions are ready to refill. Do you want to add them to this order?" banner present below

Why does my pharmacy have to contact my doctor for refilling my prescriptions?

This usually happens when you try to fill a prescription that's expired or has no refills remaining. Your pharmacy needs an approval from your doctor before any such prescription can be refilled.

If your refill is stuck under 'Getting Refilled' section in your list for an unusually long time, please contact your pharmacy directly for status updates. They will be able to provide the reasoning behind the delay, such as they are waiting approval from your doctor/insurance or they may be out of stock.

Can I request new prescriptions in the pharmacy app or website?

Our refill services only allow you to manage current prescriptions. Please reach out to your doctor and local pharmacy to request a new prescription.

Can I view my fill history?

If you select a prescription from the Prescriptions, the Fill history section on the Drug Details page will display your fill history from the time that you first created your account onwards.

If you require a more thorough report, please contact your pharmacy and they can provide you with your prescriptions history.

How do I hide/unhide prescriptions?

You can change your hide/unhide settings by going to "Account" and toggling the Hide expired prescriptions and Hide zero refill prescriptions.

To manually hide a prescription, please go to your prescriptions list and you can click on the blue 'Hide Rx' button next to the prescription

You can also tap on the individual prescription and tap on "Hide this prescription" on the right-hand side

To manually unhide the prescriptions, you can tap on the "More Option" dropdown on your prescriptions page and tap on 'Unhide Prescriptions'

If the prescription is still not showing after tapping Unhide Prescriptions, please click on the Refresh button to re-sync your list.

If you are still not seeing the prescription after clicking Refresh, it may no longer be active. Please contact the pharmacy directly and have them check on the specific script. In some situations, the prescription number you are looking for may have been replaced with a new Rx number. The pharmacist can provide you with the new number if that has happened.
