This page is intended to help you understand how your prescriptions list is laid out and the terminology used. It will also go over any issues you may experience.
Please note that the information displayed in your list is pulled directly from your pharmacy's computer. If you see anything that is incorrect, please reach out to your pharmacy first to confirm they have everything updated.
If you have concerns that your account is not updating properly and reflecting the most current information entered by your pharmacist, please contact us and we'd be happy to troubleshoot further.
Prescriptions List (Main Page)
When you're on the main page of your list, there should be the following sections:
Ready for pickup! - this will only show when you have a prescription ready for pickup at this time. It will also display how many days you have left to pick it up
Getting Refilled - this shows prescriptions currently in process
Ready to refill - this shows prescriptions that are not expired or have more than 0 refills remaining due for a refill
Other Prescriptions - this shows prescriptions that have expired or have zero refills remaining. You can still order the refills, but the pharmacy will need to contact your doctor for approval.
On File - this shows prescriptions that have not been ordered in quite some time. You can still order the refills, but the pharmacy may need to contact your doctor before they can start filling them.
Drug Details
When you click on a specific prescription from your list, it will pull up the drug name as well as the following:
Rx number: the prescription number associated with the drug
Quantity: This is not always the same thing as days-supply.
Copay: the amount of money you've paid for the previous fill
Last sold: the date you picked up the last fill and the date the pharmacy entered it as sold in their computer
Expires: the date the prescription will expire
Last filled: The most date the refill request was received by the pharmacy
Prescribed by: the doctor associated with the prescription
If you scroll further down, you can also review the reminder settings for the specific prescription, the dosage instructions entered by the pharmacy, and the fill history.
Expense Report
If you are trying to locate your total copays for the prescription, you will need to return to the main list and click on 'Expense Report' which can be found under the More Options dropdown. Alternatively, it may be titled 'Rx History Report' instead of Expense Report.

Why am I not seeing my family's prescriptions in the Expense Report?
Your family members must be linked to your account under Family Care before you can run the report for their prescriptions.
Please visit the Family Care page and check if your family is added. You can visit our Family Care collection articles for more information.
If you do not have a Family Care page on your account, the pharmacy may not offer family management for our app and website at this time. You can visit your pharmacy in person to obtain reports for your family's prescriptions.
Why am I not seeing my prescriptions in the Expense Report?
If your prescriptions are not showing in the expense report, you may have created a manager account. Manager accounts are not automatically linked to your records so it will not show your prescriptions.
Please return to your prescriptions list. If you are seeing the following screen, you will need to tap on 'Add a prescription' and manually enter one of your prescription numbers.
Once your prescriptions are added successfully, you should be able to run the Expense Report again.
