Welcome to your new pharmacy! Once you have your new prescription number, you can create your account by downloading the Meijer Rx mobile app.
Click on "register now!" in the Meijer Rx app
You will see the following options: "Myself, My Child, or Another Adult":
Click on "Myself" to enter your information so that your prescriptions will display on your account. You can still add your family members later if you are managing their prescriptions.
You will need to enter a valid prescription number that has been filled at your pharmacy. This can be located on one of your bottles, labeled "Rx number."
If you do not have any prescriptions filled with the pharmacy yet, you will not be able to create your account. Please call the pharmacy directly for your first fill and then once you have your Rx number, you can finish this process
The information in the first two sections must match exactly what your pharmacy has on file:
TIP: If you have a calendar box for the date of birth instead of the dropdown above, you can click on the Month/Year part in the Calendar so you can change the birth year first, versus clicking the arrow endlessly.
If you get the error below, you will need to contact your pharmacy and have them confirm what they've entered for your records. The errors may not always be present on your physical bottle, so even if you are confident that there are no typos in your registration, please call the pharmacy and have them check their computer
The final section will be your email address and password for login. The mobile app and web pharmacy will share the same credentials. Please carefully review the Email field to ensure there are no typos:
