Login Issues
Updated over 7 months ago

If you are receiving an error that your email/password is incorrect, please double-check what you are entering on the login page.

If you're relying on autofill or biometrics such as Face ID, it may be filling in an older login. Even if you are confident that your credentials are correct, please reset the password by clicking on 'Forgot Password?' link.

If your email address is not recognized when you try to trigger the reset link, you may have registered with either a mistyped email or a different email. You may also not have an account with the pharmacy yet. The grocery account and pharmacy account are completely separate, so you may need to register with the pharmacy.

Please try creating a new account with the pharmacy and contact us if you get an error that an account is already present with your email. For security reasons we cannot change the email address on your account, but we can close it and have you re-register.

I've requested my password to be reset and got a confirmation that the email was sent, but I am not seeing it in my inbox.

The email comes from [email protected] and it may be in your spam/junk folder. If you're still not seeing it, please try whitelisting our address. You can contact your email administrator for more information on whitelisting.

You can always return to the 'Forgot Password?' page and trigger a new reset link.

The password reset says it is expired when I click on the link

Once the email is triggered, you have 48 hours to reset your password before it expires. If it has not been 48 hours, please try triggering a new reset link. Contact our support team if the issue persists.

I need to reset my password, but I no longer have access to the email address registered to my account

If you had created your account using an email address that is no longer active and you cannot log in to change the email, please contact our support team. We will need to remove the account and have you re-register with your new email.
